Winter Season - Guest Services Supervisor

Start Date: Mid-November 2022

Job Description

  • Answer email and phone enquiries from Guest and Agents, process transfer bookings and check bookings for accuracy.
  • Complete daily checklist to ensure all required tasks covered.
  • Supervise Airport Ground Staff and Reservations staff on shift.
  • Handle any issues and complaints arising from transfer and taxi services.
  • Liaise with Duty Fleet Manager on shift regarding availability for last-minute bookings.
  • Other duties as required for smooth bus and taxi operations.


  • Previous hospitality or customer service supervisor experience.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Professional attitude.
  • Computer skills - Microsoft Office and Google Suite (essential) experience using reservations software a bonus.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced environment and ability to find solutions under pressure.
  • Native English with Japanese language skills a plus.
  • Valid driver's licence or international driving permit for Japan a bonus

Job Particulars

Pay Rate

  • ¥1,600 - ¥1,700 per hour
  • 25% overtime rate for hours worked above prescribed working hours for the month.
  • 25% late night work rate for work between 10pm and 5am.

Employment Period

  • Mid-November to early April. Exact dates to be announced closer to the season.
  • We start our staff with training to give you all you need to know about working for us.
  • Potential to extend contract, availability of work dependent.


  • Generally 5 days per week, around 40 hours per week
  • This is likely to be higher during peak season (including some weeks where you may be required to work 6 days) and a little quieter during the start and ends of the season.

  • For the best performing seasonal staff, we will want you back and can potentially sponsor a working visa for future seasons (provided you meet the sponsorship criteria).
