Job Description
- Clean the interior and exterior of the fleet of vehicles to required standards.
- Clear and dump snow around the office and vehicles as required.
- Prepare the vehicles for the day's operations.
- Clean baby and child seats.
- Assist with other general maintenance and tasks for SkyExpress as required.
Qualifications
- Strong attention to detail.
- Physically fit and healthy.
- Experience in cleaning or car detailing a bonus.
- Fluent Japanese or English language skills.
Job Particulars
Pay Rate
- ¥1,600 - ¥1,750 per hour
- 25% overtime allowance for hours worked above prescribed working hours for the month.
- 25% late night allowance for work between 10pm and 5am.
Employment Period
- 26 November 2026 - 15 OR 30 March 2027
- Fully paid training at the start of the season.
- Opportunity for contract extension.
Hours
- Generally 5 days per week, around 40 hours per week.
- Hours will vary through the season depending on business levels with less hours at the start and end of the season (more riding time!) and occasional overtime during peak periods.

- ¥50,000 travel cost support bonus upon contract completion for new staff or ¥80,000 for returning staff.

- Subsidised staff accommodation available in Hirafu or Kutchan with all utilities, basic supplies and WiFi included.
- For staff based in Kutchan, there is a free staff shuttle to transport to and from work in Hirafu.
- Staff accommodation is available until the end of the resort season. Plus, enjoy a rent-free week after your contract ends to relax and pack up at your own pace.
